The only way SCI obtains your personal information is when YOU give it freely to US. We consider internet user privacy and data protection to be of great importance. All personal information is stored in secure databases via our service providers. We do not share your personal data with any other companies, with the exception of YOUR chosen charter operator, who legally needs YOUR data to confirm and book YOUR chosen yacht charter.

Personal information – what we collect and how we use it

In order to book a charter boat, training course, flotilla or take part in an event with SCI we will need to collect personal information and details from you (and your crew/guests ) which may include name, address, postal code, country, passport details, sailing licences, amongst other necessary data to confirm the booking of YOUR REQUESTED charter. By booking with us and becoming our client, you (and your crew/guests) agree to be included in our mailing list. We use the information provided by you to contact you about, and to administer, your booking; also to inform you about our services. We may also send you promotional emails and newsletters with information which we think you may find interesting using the email addresses which you have provided (for yourself and your crew/guests). By using the SCI booking services you will be included in our mailing list and agree to that we hold your personal data and contact details submitted in accordance with this privacy policy. Subscribed users will receive emails from us detailing offers and news which we believe will be of interest to you.
